For system integrators and distributors
Describe the task in a sentence. Get a validated 3D cell, a cycle time computed from real kinematics with every assumption listed, a bill of materials where each line shows where its number came from, and a client-ready PDF with your name on it.
Every arm is defined by its Denavit-Hartenberg table and joint limits. Reachability is a real inverse kinematics solve against every point of the sequence, and a point the arm cannot make in the orientation the process needs is reported as unreachable rather than nudged until it fits.
Trapezoidal velocity profile per joint, slowest joint governs the segment, configurable dwells. Reported with a plus or minus 15% band and the full list of assumptions. One wrong confident number on a real quote ends the tool's life in that account.
Rule-based and deterministic. Fence metres come from the cell footprint, engineering days from a stated complexity factor, the robot from payload plus reach with a 30% margin. Every line carries its source and its reasoning.
We launch with no price data, and we say so rather than inventing figures. Until at least 5 separate companies have submitted a price for a component, the line shows an empty field and a prompt, and the exported document prints “client-specific”. Never a fabricated number to look complete.
Once the pool is deep enough you see a P25 to P75 band with the sample size beside it, widened while the sample is thin and weighted down past 18 months. Your own prices stay private: statistics are computed over organisations, never submissions, and no displayed figure can be traced to a contributor.
Exporting a PDF asks you to complete the prices first. That trade is the deal, stated openly: you get the document, the pool gets a data point that helps the next integrator.
Palletizing and machine tending only. Welding path planning, force-controlled assembly, full mesh collision detection, vision system specification and formal risk assessment are outside the model, and the interface says so where you would expect to find them rather than producing a plausible answer. Clearance checking is bounding-capsule proximity, and it is labelled as exactly that.
